Dick L. Hendley

Chairman of the Board

Pinnacle is family owned and began in 1996 as a new venture to diversify the family's industrial maintenance business. The maintenance company was founded in 1955 by Dick Hendley. Mr. Hendley is now retired, but continues to serve as Chairman of the Board while his eldest son, Ryan Hendley, carries on the family's interest as the CEO guiding both companies.

Mr. Hendley was a Hall of Fame athlete at Clemson University and spent a short time as a NFL Professional for the Pittsburgh Steelers where he disciplined himself to achieve excellence in everything he did. Striving always to be the "Best of the Best" was the foundation upon which Mr. Hendley built his family business.

Mr. Hendley’s grandson, Lucas Glover, is the U.S. Open 2009 Champion.

Ryan D. Hendley

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan is the chief executive officer and serves on the Board of Directors for both companies held within the family business. Both companies are headquartered in Greenville, SC.

In 1983, after 10 years of teaching and coaching football on the high school and college level, Ryan began his place in the family's industrial maintenance business and in 1993 he became president and chief executive officer. It was Ryan's vision in the early 1990's to diversify the family business to include staffing services. In 1996 Ryan brought David Ballinger into the family business to bring this new staffing company to formation.

David R. Ballinger

President

David is the president of Pinnacle Staffing, Inc. He serves on the Board of Directors for the company which is headquartered in Greenville, SC.

In 1996 David joined the family business to start up a new staffing venture and diversify the family's service offering. He launched the new company into a specialty staffing service with an exclusive approach to companies with labor-intensive needs. Pinnacle's onsite exclusive team manages every aspect of a contingent workforce and provides continuous improvement to a client's overall operation. Pinnacle’s service programs offer work force solutions to more effectively source talent, increase productivity, and manage fluctuations in demand.

Michael G. Putnam

Chief Financial Officer

Michael is the chief financial officer for Pinnacle Staffing, Inc. and he serves on the Board of Directors for the company which is headquartered in Greenville, SC.

In 1989 Michael joined the family's maintenance business as vice president of finance. Michael was also very involved in the formation of Pinnacle Staffing, Inc. Pinnacle's introduction into the market became so successful that in 2002, the company achieved the distinctive honor of being selected to Inc 500 magazines' list of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.
