We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with HVAC specialization to join our team of professionals providing facility maintenance for our client's facility in the Fayetteville area.

The HVAC Tech will:

• Respond and provide service and feedback to the customer on all hot and cold calls for service needs within a large industrial facility.


• Maintain, operate, troubleshoot, program the HVAC heating, ventilating, air conditioning, heat exchangers, chillers and air handling units that supply heating and cooling to the Site occupants.


• Perform all Preventive Maintenance on the HVAC control and operating systems as scheduled in the Facilities Center System, including required calibrations.


• Maintain and operate on site in order to achieve maximum efficiency and energy conservation.
