| Job Description | Pinnacle Staffing is currently looking for two Professional / Technical Recruiters that would be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Professional and Technical positions for our organization. If you are a creative, forward-thinking, enthusiastic individual with a background in staffing and/or recruiting, we would love to speak with you. | Qualifications | The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years professional recruiting experience * Background in Medical Staffing a plus * Proven ability to interface with all levels of employees and management * Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines * MUST be detailed oriented, well organized, and able to delegate * STRONG communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Flexibility to travel |
