In order to offer the best diverse service opportunity to our clients Pinnacle has established a partnership with a certified MBE and formed a new company named Newbold Staffing. This new company is 60% owned by the Newbold Corporation and 40% owned by Pinnacle Staffing. Our reason in forming this partnership was to again support our commitment to supplier diversity and its advantage to our client base.
