Pinnacle Staffing, Inc is currently looking for a shift supervisor to help support our client and employees in the Plainfield, Indiana market.  We are looking for hard working, forward-thinking, customer-focused candidates that desire to quickly advance their career opportunities in the staffing industry. The successful candidate has the potential to advance into an on-site manager position. This position will report to the On-Site Manager at the facility and will be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate staffing levels for shift


• Enforcing our policies and procedures


• Completing safety audits and participating in safety investigations


• Providing outstanding customer service to management staff, supervisors, team leaders and employees


• Interviewing, hiring, counseling, terminating employees


• Completing necessary background checks, drug test, etc.


• Conducting new hire orientations


• Providing timely accurate reports


• Any other duties as deemed necessary by the on-site manager

Compensation is per hour with overtime.Successful candidate must be able to pass  drug test and background check.
