Pinnacle’s success is due to our overall management team. Without highly trained and dedicated management support, our diverse service capability could not have grown as rapidly or as successfully as we have experienced. All members of our management team are carefully screened and trained under seasoned management in order to acquire and develop all the skills necessary for managing and servicing all of our recept.jpg (14098 bytes)clients needs. Pinnacle provides three levels of management to support each of our service accounts.

  1. An Operations Manager or staffing specialist oversees a territory that may encompass one or two states. The Operations Manager has the overall authority and responsibility for all the service requirements of each account within their territory.
  2. The Operations Manager’s territory is divided into separate divisions. Each division may have five (5) to fifteen (15) separate on-site accounts or branches depending on the size of each account and the logistics of the division. A Division Manager is assigned to assist and oversee operationally the accounts within the division.
  3. The Branch Managers and On-Site Managers manage and oversee all phases of our service program for each account within the area. The Branch Managers and On-site Managers are dedicated exclusively to each client.
