Pinnacle’s hiring process encompasses all the steps from recruiting through hiring and orientation. Each step within the process is tailored to meet each clients’ specific hiring criteria. Our comprehensive hiring process allows us to be sure that only the best qualified candidates are placed on assignment at the client site. Pinnacle tailors an easy process to include:

Clerical Assessments
Our clerical tests are administered to verify an applicant’s aptitude as it relates to the requirements of the job. Examples of these assessments include:

Orientations
Safety Training

Safety is incorporated throughout Pinnacle’s program, beginning with the employee’s orientation. Safety and OSHA training is provided at this time, and on-going training is facilitated through regularly scheduled safety meetings. Pinnacle is committed to fostering a safety culture at all of our client sites.

Our Managed Staffing Program greatly enhance the employer / employee relationship. Pinnacle’s on-site manager oversees all human resource concerns related to our employees, such as counseling or disciplinary action, and, if required, will handle any terminations of our employees. We will monitor any incentive programs, and award any earned benefits to our employees. In addition, we will conduct regularly scheduled performance appraisals with each employee, and discuss feedback received from client supervision.

Pinnacle’s computerized system allows our staff to input and access all necessary information with regard to employee skill sets, aptitude, image and other specific requests as they relate to the staffing needs of our clients.

Pinnacle’s computer system can allow networking capability into the customer’s system for E-mail if desired. Orders for staff requests could be E-mailed direct. On-line billing and Y-T-D budget vs. actual expenditure tracking are just some of the features that can be provided via this system.

An important function of our service to each client is to ensure that Pinnacle is performing and supplying all of the required services at the levels agreed upon at the onset of the contract. This requires that Pinnacle management and the client communicate concerning performance on regularly scheduled basis. Pinnacle’s Quality Assurance Program ensures the success of our managed services.   As your staffing partner, it is our sincere desire to provide and ensure a service to you that is nothing less than excellent.

Maintaining a pool of contingent employees at your company site allows for a buffer against core job loss in the event of seasonal or unforeseen downsizing that may affect your core staff. Our employee pre-viewing option provides for a percentage of contingent workers within your operation.
