This new company is 55% owned by Erwin Carter and 45% owned by Pinnacle Staffing. Our reason in forming this partnership was to again support our commitment to supplier diversity and its advantage to our client base.

In 2012, with over 20 years of executive-level experience in the banking and financial services industry, Erwin Carter sought a corporate partner that could provide the back office systems to support a new minority-owned, diversity-based staffing company called Peak Workforce Solutions, LLC. That partner became Pinnacle Staffing, a Greenville, SC based staffing company that had established a legacy of excellence over the years and possessed the industry experience, financial strength, and support systems that would allow Peak to forgo many of that obstacles facing most new minority-owned start ups.
