Ryan D. Hendley, Chief Executive Officer

Ryan Hendley, CEO Ryan is the chief executive officer of Pinnacle Staffing, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors for the company which is headquartered in Greenville, SC.

Ryan, the eldest son of founder Dick Hendley holds a B.S. in Business from Gardner Webb and a Masters in PE from East Tennessee State University and upon graduation pursued a career as a small college football coach where he honed his skills as a leader and team-builder. Ten years later the family business came calling and in 1983 he rejoined the family business and began a deliberate process of learning the business from the ground up. He has held all intermediate leadership positions to include VP of Operations and President. He assumed his current position as CEO of I H Services, Inc. in 1993 and Pinnacle Staffing, Inc. in 1996. It was Ryan's vision in the early 1990s to diversify the family business to include staffing services. In 1996 Ryan brought David Ballinger into the family business to bring this new staffing company to formation.

Ryan is well known throughout the company as a "people person" and strives to continue the culture and legacy that his father began back in 1955. Ryan has a deep passion and concern for the safety and well being of all of our 4000+ associates on the job and off. He has become the "face" of our "12 Steps to Zero" safety program and has made this the top priority for all companies within the family business. Ryan has also led all the companies within the family business on a long term strategy of "Delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience." This strategy has required the re-engineering of many of our processes, continuing to develop the leadership and management skills and integrating state of the art technology to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations in both quality and performance.

Ryan proudly served as the President of the BSCAI (Building Services Contractors Association International) in 2003 and has also obtained the designation CBSE (Certified Building Executive) which is the highest certification in the industry.

Chad Hendley, COO

Chad Hendley, COOChad is 3rd generation, his grandfather, Dick Hendley, started their family business back in 1955 and his father, Ryan Hendley, (BSCAI Past President) is currently the COO of The IH Services Family of Businesses. IH Services, Inc. has a family rule that requires family members to go out and do something else for 5-7 years before working in the family business. Chad worked in the furniture business (sales) during college through the end of 2004. Chad was offered a job with the family business in December 2004 and started with IH Services in January 2005 as an entry-level Business Development Manager reporting to Parker Moore.

Chad graduated from Liberty University with a BA in Business Finance in 2000 and holds BSCAI’s Certified Building Services Executive (CBSE) designation.

Chad and his wife Sarah have been married for 14 years; they reside in Simpsonville, SC and have a 7-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy that both attend Southside Christian School in Greenville, SC. Chad is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.

Matt Nesbett, CFO

Matt Nesbett, CFO Matt received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Heidelberg University in Tiffin Ohio and began his professional career serving in the manufacturing and textile industries where he held a variety of leadership positions to include Division Controller, Director of Finance, Global Finance Manager and International Business Controller.

After joining IH Services in 2008 as Vice President and Controller, Matt began to update all back office accounting systems, implemented the current ERP system that enabled financial reporting and analysis down to the individual customer account level and integrated the electronic timekeeping system directly into payroll processing which created an almost paperless environment.

Since assuming the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position in February of 2015, Matt has been instrumental in the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System that will provide all levels of management with a streamlined cloud-based HR and Payroll system.

Matt holds a license in South Carolina as a Certified Public Accountant, is an active member of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and holds positions on several committees that promote “Best Practices” throughout the state.
